Healing IS possible!

I am Jen R.  I am fortunate to be married to my incredible husband who has been my rock both before and through this healing journey. I am also a proud mom to 2 biological children and lovingly “Mama Jen”. Each child holds a special place in my heart & motivated me to continually strive to be the best version of myself!

For over 40 years, I have carried the weight of some of life's heaviest held wounds, in secret and alone for most of those years. This took a toll on every facet in my life. It left me facing seemingly insurmountable hurdles, <-- (much like this image to the left). It often felt impossible to navigate through those 'rocks' of life. In the hardest, heaviest parts, I was hopeless & stuck in the rock bottom valley, all while appearing (mostly) fully functional to all of those in my life.

Over the past 10 years, my quest for healing and growth slowly had to become my main focus, even though that made me feel guilty and selfish. I understand how daunting it can be to recognize and find the source or sources, acknowledge the need for change in your life and especially working to accept what happened in the first place. That's why I launched "Rising in your Resilience". It's a project born out of my desire to walk alongside of you and offer understanding, support, guidance and hope (all things I wish I could have had on my journey).

YOU don't have to wait another moment! I'm here to assist; whether you are questioning if this is something you need, you are unsure of what to do or where to start, you have already embarked on the journey but need something more or you are exhausted but still feeling 'stuck; and haven't found relief yet. This is not an easy road, I won't lie to you! But if you take the leap to move forward and you make a commitment, the rewards can be immeasurable. I am still on my journey too, but I now know it IS possible and achievable. I want you to reach that point and beyond as well, my friend!
